By using Home Maintenance 360 (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The service is intended for users in the United States who are at least 13 years old; users must provide accurate information and protect their credentials.
The Platform provides maintenance scheduling, informational guidance, and optional connections to service professionals. Guidance is not a substitute for a licensed professional, emergency service, inspection, or code advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a task is safe for you.
Professionals are independent third parties. Home Maintenance 360 does not guarantee their work, pricing, licensing, availability, or outcomes. Third-party services linked from the Platform have their own terms and privacy policies.
Some maintenance tasks may include product recommendations or links to Amazon searches. These links are secondary to the maintenance service and may earn Home Maintenance 360 a commission from qualifying purchases. Prices, availability, and product suitability are controlled by the third party.
Do not misuse the Platform, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or harmful material, interfere with security, or use the service to send unsolicited communications.
You may initiate deletion in Account Settings or through the delete-account page. We may suspend abuse or security-risk accounts. We may update these Terms and will post the current version at https://homemaintenance360.com/terms.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMEMAINTENANCE 360 WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM.
